Installation Procedure

2018 Chevrolet Tahoe LT, 4WD, GasSECTION Installation Procedure
  1. Install the body side rear window. Refer to Adhesive Installation of Bodyside Stationary Windows .
  2. Connect the electrical connector to the body side rear window.
  3. Install the back body opening side molding. Refer to Back Body Opening Side Molding Replacement .
  4. Install the quarter lower rear trim panel. Refer to Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Left Side, Extended Wheelbase)Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel Replacement (Right Side, Extended Wheelbase) .
  5. Install the headlining rear trim panel. Refer to Headlining Rear Trim Panel Replacement .
  6. Ensure that the radio has reception.
  7. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
  8. Close the liftgate.
