CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedures

  1. Remove the windshield multifunction sensor mount bracket cover. Refer to Windshield Multifunction Sensor Mount Bracket Cover Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
  3. Adjust the mirror to the full upward position.
  4. Loosen the set screw located at the base of the mirror.

Tighten 
1.8 N.m (16 lb in)
2 Inside Rearview Mirror
Procedure 
Slide the mirror upward off of the rearview mirror button.
