Removal Procedure

2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD WT, 2D Pickup, 6.0L Eng VIN G, RWD, GasSECTION Removal Procedure
    NOTE:

    It is not necessary to completely remove the spare tire and wheel assembly.

  1. Lower and secure the spare tire and wheel assembly enough to access the trailer brake control module.
  2. Disconnect the trailer brake power control module electrical connector.

  4. Hold the trailer brake power control module nuts stationary and remove the trailer brake power control module bolts (1).

  6. Remove the trailer brake power control module (1).
