Procedure

Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to disengage the steering wheel spoke lower cover from the steering wheel.
Once disengaged, tilt the steering wheel lower spoke cover slightly to slide the upper lip of the lower cover from underneath steering wheel spoke cover.
