Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front side door belt reveal molding. Refer to Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Molding Replacement .
  2. Remove the front side door garnish molding. Refer to Front Side Door Garnish Molding Replacement .
1 Front Side Door Applique Fastener (Qty: 3)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedure

  1. Place the window in the full down position.
  2. With the door open, remove the upper rear screw attaching the weatherstrip to the door frame.
  3. Use a suitable tool, starting in the upper corner of the door frame pulling the weatherstrip partly out of the rear side door frame to access the screws.
2 Front Side Door Applique
Procedure 
Work the weatherstrip around the inner door frame, ensure that the weatherstrip is fully seated before operating the window.
NOTE: Inspect the door window for proper operation.
