Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim panel cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Upper Trim Panel Cover Replacement .
  2. Remove the instrument panel center trim plate applique. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Plate Applique Replacement .
  3. Remove the instrument panel lower trim plate applique - passenger side. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Plate Applique Replacement (Driver Side Lower) and Instrument Panel Lower Trim Plate Applique Replacement (Passenger Side Lower) .
  4. Remove the instrument panel center trim pad. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Pad Replacement .
  5. Remove the instrument panel outer air outlet bezel - right. Refer Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Bezel Replacement - Right Side .
  6. Remove the instrument panel outer air outlet bezel - left. Refer Instrument Panel Outer Air Outlet Bezel Replacement - Left Side .
1 Radio Control Fasteners (Qty: 6)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Radio Control Assembly

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the electrical connections.
  2. When replacing the radio control assembly, transfer all necessary components.
  3. Refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.
