  1. Remove the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement (V6)Β , Generator Replacement (V8)Β , Generator Replacement (Diesel)Β .
  2. Remove the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Replacement (4.3L) , Power Steering Pump Replacement (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L) , Power Steering Pump Replacement (LGH) .
  3. Remove the generator bracket bolts.
  4. Remove the generator bracket.
