- Install the solenoid onto the shifter assembly. Connect the plastic retainers at the solenoid base and at the park brake lever.
- Connect the BTSI solenoid harness connector.
- Verify proper operation.
- Remove the I/P storage compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Storage Compartment Replacement .
- Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
