- Verify the OnStar Ā® voice recognition system is operating normally.
- If the OnStar Ā® voice recognition system is not operating normally.Ā

- Ignition ON, radio ON.
- Begin voice recognition for the radio and clearly speak one of the available commands.
- Verify the infotainment system responds correctly to the command.
- If the infotainment system does not respond correctly to the command.Ā
- Clearly speak a different command.
- Verify the infotainment system responds correctly to the command.
- If the infotainment system does not respond correctly to any commands, refer to Circuit/System Testing below.
