Removal Procedure

2013 Chevrolet Corvette Base, 2D Convertible, Standard Trans, Trans Mfr CD 6L85M/MM6SECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel ReplacementΒ .
  2. Remove the upper and lower steering column trim cover assembly. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement (Manual)Β , Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement (Telescoping)Β .
  3. Remove the turn signal and headlamp dimmer switch wire harness straps from the steering column housing assembly and the steering column.
  4. Remove the turn signal and headlamp dimmer switch wire harness assembly from the wire harness strap.

  6. Remove the 2 pan head tapping screws (1).
  7. Remove the turn signal and headlamp dimmer switch assembly (2).
