Removal Procedure
2011 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ, 2.4 1SECTION Removal Procedure

- Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
- Remove the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
- Remove the retaining screws (1) from the steering wheel bezel.
- Remove the steering wheel bezel (2).
- Insert a small, blunt ended tool into the access hole in the back of the steering wheel in order to push the switch out of the steering wheel.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
