2011 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ, 2.4 1SECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the electrical connector.
  2. Align the switch to the switch opening in the steering wheel.
  3. Snap the switch into the steering wheel.

  5. Install the steering wheel bezel (2).
  6. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  7. Install the retaining screws (1) to the steering wheel bezel.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  8. Install the steering wheel. Refer to Steering Wheel Replacement .
  9. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
