Circuit/System Testing

2011 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo, 6.0 BSECTION Circuit/System Testing
  1. Verify that DTC P0562 is not set.
  2. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector of the fuel pump control module.
  3. Ignition ON, test for greater than 11 V between the IGN voltage circuit terminal 15 and ground.
    • If less than the specified voltage, test the IGN voltage circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal and the FCSM IGN fuse is open, test the voltage circuit for a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, test or replace the Run/Crank relay.
  4. If all circuits test normal, replace the fuel pump control module.
