2011 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Cargo Extended, 6.6 LSECTION ECM Replacement

If the engine control module (ECM) is replaced, the following procedures must be performed:

    NOTE:

    Clear any DTCs that may have set after completing the programming procedure.

  1. Enable ECM Reprogramming-Refer to Service Programming System (SPS) .
  2. Perform a Theft Deterrent Module Programming and Setup-Refer to Theft Deterrent Module Programming and Setup .
  3. Perform a Fuel Injector Flow Rate Programming - Refer to Fuel Injector Flow Rate Programming
  4. Perform a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration-Refer to Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) Service Regeneration .
