*Some early-built 2013 Lacrosse and Malibu ECO models may not have Travel Link. If the Fuel Prices & Movies Icons are on the radio displaym, it means that Travel-Link is available.

Additional info:

XM AUDIO: XM has two audio packages to choose from (XM Select Audio & XM All Access Audio).

NAV TRAFFIC: Introduced in 2009 with RPO UBS. Only available on vehicles with navigation radio and the (XM Traffic) subscription must be activated to get the Traffic Alert, flow, and incident information.

NOTE:

XM Weather known as "Local Forecast" is offered thru the Traffic feature on vehicles that do not offer the XM Travel Link feature. The weather feature is currently not available on Canadian Vehicles.

TRAVEL LINK: Introduced in 2013 and is only available on Color Connect Radio's, Connected Nav Radio's, and Next Gen Navigation infotainment systems. Vehicle's that offer (Travel Link) get Weather, Fuel Prices, and Movie info through this feature. Currently Doppler radar weather is only available on the Next Gen Navigation infotainment systems (IO6) through this feature.

NOTE:

Travel Link is currently not available on Canadian Vehicles.

You must have either XM Select Audio or XM All Access Audio in order to get XM Traffic, Travel Link, or both.

If a vehicle that offers XM Audio/Traffic/Weather is incorrectly setup with Travel Link, the customer will have an issue of No Weather due to the fact that the weather is being delivered through the Travel Link feature instead of the Traffic Feature and the radio does not recognize Travel Link. The issue can be fixed by canceling the Travel Link and sending a refresh for XM Audio and Traffic. The audio package is no longer a factor. The customer can have XM Select Audio or All Access Audio.

An easy way to tell if the vehicle offers Travel Link is to check for the Fuel Prices & Movies Icons on the radio display. If a vehicle does not have an active Travel Link subscription the Icons will still be there, but when selected they will say that there is not an active subscription.
