  1. Remove the instrument panel insulator panel right side. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side (Equinox) or Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side (Terrain) .
  2. Disconnect the heater and blower and air conditioning control module electrical connectors.
