Removal Procedure

2010 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Complete the pedal pin up procedure. Refer to Parking Brake Cable Adjuster DisablingΒ .
  2. Fig 1: Identifying Pedal Retaining Nuts

  3. Remove the release handle. Refer to Parking Brake Release Handle Assembly ReplacementΒ .
  4. Remove the left side kick panel. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .
  5. Remove the left floor air outlet duct. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side .
  6. Remove the pedal retaining nuts.
  7. Remove the pedal from the vehicle.
  8. Remove the front brake cable from the pedal.
