  1. Position the vehicle communication interface module (2) in the vehicle.
  2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the bolts (1) and tighten to 3 N.m (27 lb in).
  4. Restore the driver seat position.
  5. Connect vehicle communication interface module electrical connectors.
  6. WARNING: Refer to Battery Disconnect Warning .
  7. Connect the battery ground cable.
  8. Refer to Control Module References for module setup and programming.
