  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the stop lamp switch. Refer to Stop Lamp Switch ReplacementΒ .

  4. Pull out the shaft of the stop lamp switch to its maximum setting point.
  5. Connect the stop lamp switch electrical connector.
  6. Depress the brake pedal to the bottom.
  7. Install the stop lamp switch in the brake pedal bracket hole by twisting.
  8. Release the brake pedal slowly until reaching the end of the stop lamp switch shaft, the stop lamp switch will be adjusted of itself by the reaction force of the brake pedal.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable.
