Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the overhead console. Refer to Roof Console Replacement .
  2. Remove the sunroof module bracket. Refer to Sunroof Module Bracket ReplacementΒ .
1 Sunroof Motor/Actuator Plug
2 Sunroof Motor/Actuator Screws (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:Β  6 N.m (53 lb in)

3 Sunroof Motor/Actuator
Tip:Β 
  1. Pull downward to disengage the motor/actuator from the sunroof module.
  2. It will be necessary to reteach the motor. Sunroof Motor/Actuator Initilization/Teach ProcessΒ .
