Callout Component Name
1 Windshield Washer Arm Finish Cap
TIP:  Lift the cap from the outside edge and rotate the cap forward in order to expose the wiper arm nut.
2 Windshield Washer Arm Nut
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .


TIP:  Hold the wiper blade arm tip to the vertical black bar target mark located at the lower center portion of the windshield while securing the nut.
Tighten 
35 N.m (26 lb ft)
3 Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly

Procedure

  1. Use the J-39637  Wiper Arm Remover Tool.
  2. Transfer the wiper blade to the new windshield wiper arm. Refer to Windshield Wiper Blade Replacement .
