Preliminary Procedures

  1. Disable the supplemental inflatable restraint (SIR) system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Position the rear door window approximately half way down in the door.
  3. Remove the rear door window regulator. Refer to Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement (Power)Β  or Rear Side Door Window Regulator Replacement (Manual)Β .
1 Rear Side Door Window Regulator Motor Bolt (Qty: 1)
CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tip:Β  Disconnect the electrical connector.

Tighten:Β  9 N.m (80 lb in)
