Installation Procedure
2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Base, 4.8 CSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the ground strap to the vehicle.
- Install the ground strap terminal to the stud.
- Install the engine ground strap nut at the front plenum panel.
Tighten:Β Tighten the nut to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Position the ground strap to the rear of the left cylinder head.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 16 N.m (12 lb ft).
- Install the engine ground strap bolt to the rear of the left cylinder head.
- Install the upper intake manifold sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement .
