2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Base, 4.8 CSECTION Assembly Procedure

  1. Clean and install the power steering fluid reservoir magnet (3).
  2. Install the power steering pump seals (1, 4, 5) to the power steering pump (2).

  4. Connect the power steering fluid reservoir (1) and the power steering pump (2).

  6. Install the power steering pump flow control valve spring (3) and the power steering pump flow control valve (2) to the power steering pump assembly (1).

  8. Install the power steering pump fitting seal (3) to the power steering pump assembly (1).
