Installation Procedure
2009 Chevrolet Tahoe Base, 4.8 CSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the battery assembly (2).
- Install the battery hold down (3) and bolt (1).
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolt to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the positive battery cable terminal (3) to the battery.
- Rotate the lever lock (1) clockwise until an audible click is heard in order to connect the positive battery cable.
- Position the positive battery cable insulating cover (2) over the positive terminal.
- Install the radiator support diagonal brace. Refer to Radiator Support Diagonal Brace Replacement .
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and ConnectionΒ .
