CAUTION: Refer to SIR Caution .

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Disable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
  2. Remove the upper and lower trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Covers Replacement .
1 Multifunction, Turn Signal Switch Screw (Qty: 2)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:Β  3 N.m (27 lb in)

2 Multifunction, Turn Signal Switch
Tip:Β 
  1. The wiper switch is integral to the multifunction lever.
  2. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
