Installation Procedure
2009 Chevrolet Cutaway 6.6 6SECTION Installation Procedure
- Position the glow plug control module bracket (4), if required.
- Install the glow plug control module bracket bolts (3), if required. Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Position the glow plug control module (2).
- Install the glow plug control module bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Connect the positive battery cable (1) to the glow plug control module.
- Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the glow plug control module.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
- If a NEW glow plug control module was installed, program the module. Refer to Control Module References .
- Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
