  1. Install the radiator inlet hose to the radiator (1).
  2. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .

  4. Install the radiator inlet hose to the engine (1).
  5. Reposition the radiator inlet hose clamp to secure the hose using J 38185Β  . See Special ToolsΒ .
  6. Install the right headlamp. Refer to Headlamp Replacement .
  7. Reposition the radiator air baffle.
  8. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill LNF)Β  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill)Β .
