Removal Procedure
2008 Chevrolet HHR LT, 2.4 P, AutomaticSECTION Removal Procedure
- Gently lift up the rear of the air cleaner assembly in order to disengage the air cleaner from the studs.
- Reposition the air cleaner assembly in order to access the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose and the throttle body duct.
- Reposition the PCV hose clamp (1) at the air cleaner assembly.
- Remove the PCV hose (2) from the air cleaner assembly.
- Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the throttle body.
- Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
- Remove the air cleaner assembly.
