  1. Gently lift up the rear of the air cleaner assembly in order to disengage the air cleaner from the studs.
  2. Reposition the air cleaner assembly in order to access the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose and the throttle body duct.
  3. Reposition the PCV hose clamp (1) at the air cleaner assembly.
  4. Remove the PCV hose (2) from the air cleaner assembly.

  6. Loosen the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the throttle body.

  8. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the mass air flow (MAF)/intake air temperature (IAT) sensor.
  9. Remove the air cleaner assembly.
