2008 Chevrolet HHR LS, AutomaticSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Inspect the throttle body seal, and replace if necessary.
  2. Position the throttle body to the intake manifold.
    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the throttle body bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  5. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the brake booster auxiliary pump.
  6. Install the brake booster auxiliary pump electrical connector clip to the bracket.

  8. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the ETC.
  9. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Outlet Pipe ReplacementΒ .
