Removal Procedure

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the I/P cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement .
  2. Fig 1: HVAC Control Assembly

  3. Remove the retaining screw from the HVAC control assembly.
  4. Pivot the HVAC control assembly to disengage the locking tab on the right side.
  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
  6. Disconnect the vacuum connector.

  8. Remove the HVAC control assembly.
