- Ignition ON.
- Verify the scan tool Object Detection Sensor Status parameter is between 3V-3.5V.
- If not between 3V-3.5V
Refer to Circuit/System Testing.
- If between 3V-3.5V
- If not between 3V-3.5V
- Verify the scan tool Object Detection Sensor Status parameter is between 3V-3.5V and changes to 2.25-2.75V as the B71R liftgate object sensor-right is pressed.
- If not between 2.25-2.75V or does not change
Test or replace the B71R liftgate object sensor-right.
- If between 2.25-2.75V and changes
- If not between 2.25-2.75V or does not change
- Verify the scan tool Object Detection Sensor Status parameter is between 3V-3.5V and changes to 2.25-2.75V as the B71L liftgate object sensor-left is pressed.
- If not between 2.25-2.75V or does not change
Test or replace the B71L liftgate object sensor-left.
- If between 2.25-2.75V and changes
- If not between 2.25-2.75V or does not change
- All OK.
