Raise the wiper arm to the full up (service up) position off the windshield.
1 Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly
TIP:  Do not let the wiper arm come in contact with the windshield assembly.
2 Windshield Wiper Arm Blade
TIP:  Release the tab under the sheep hook and pull the wiper blade rearward from the sheep hook.
