2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front air deflector. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement .
  2. Remove the power steering pulley. Refer to Power Steering Pump Pulley ReplacementΒ .
  3. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
  4. Remove the air cleaner intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .

  6. Disconnect the power steering reservoir outlet hose from the power steering pump.
  7. Disconnect the power steering pressure hose from the power steering pump.

  9. Remove the power steering bracket to the engine mounting bolts (1, 2, and 3).
  10. Remove the power steering pump with bracket from the vehicle.
  11. Remove the power steering pump bracket from the power steering pump. Refer to Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement (V6)Β  or Power Steering Pump Bracket Replacement (LH2)Β .
