Removal Procedure

2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the rear suspension bracket. Refer to Rear Suspension Bracket Replacement .
  3. Remove the rear wheels. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  4. Remove the exhaust system. Refer to Exhaust System Replacement .
  5. Remove the driveshaft from the differential. Refer to Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement (All Wheel Drive) or Rear Propeller Shaft Replacement (Rear Wheel Drive) .
