  1. Loosen the jam nut on the tie rod (2).
  2. Rotate the inner tie rod (1) to the required toe specification setting. Refer to Wheel Alignment SpecificationsΒ .
  3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  4. Tighten the jam nut on the tie rod to 68 N.m (50 lb ft).
  5. Check the toe setting after tightening.
  6. Re-adjust the toe setting if necessary.
