2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Fig 1: Press Tabs Inward To Lift And Remove Small Junction Block Cover

  3. Press tabs (1) inward to lift and remove the small junction block cover (2).

  5. Press tabs (1) inward to lift and remove the large junction block cover (2).
  6. Note location and remove harness end nuts and remove harness ends from fuse block relay center.

  8. Remove the fuse block center bolts and remove fuse relay center from the junction block.

  10. Remove from the junction block base the chassis harness (1), the I/P harness (2), the engine harness (3), and the forward LP harness (4).

  12. Remove the junction block base by pressing tabs (1) then slide tabs (2) out.
