2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the shoulder/seat belt retractor assembly to the vehicle.
  2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the shoulder/seat belt retractor retaining bolt to the lower pillar and tighten to 52 N.m (38 lb ft).
  4. Install the front door lower pillar garnish molding. Refer to Lower Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .
  5. Install the front door upper pillar garnish molding. Refer to Upper Pillar Garnish Molding Replacement .

  7. Install the shoulder/seat belt guide to the shoulder belt guide adjuster.
  8. Install the upper shoulder/seat belt guide retaining bolt to the vehicle and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  10. Install the shoulder/seat belt guide to the guide adjuster cover (1).
