Using J 38185 , engage the hose clamp at the throttle body assembly and connect the surge tank inlet hose. See Special Tools .
Using J 38185 , engage the hose clamp at the radiator and connect the surge tank inlet hose. See Special Tools .
Position the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining feature of the air cleaner assembly.

Using J 38185 , engage the hose clamp at the surge tank (1) and connect the surge tank inlet hose (2). See Special Tools .
Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) .
