  1. Using J 38185Β  , engage the hose clamp at the throttle body assembly and connect the surge tank inlet hose. See Special ToolsΒ .
  2. Using J 38185Β  , engage the hose clamp at the radiator and connect the surge tank inlet hose. See Special ToolsΒ .
  3. Position the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining feature of the air cleaner assembly.

  5. Using J 38185Β  , engage the hose clamp at the surge tank (1) and connect the surge tank inlet hose (2). See Special ToolsΒ .
  6. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716)Β  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill)Β .
