- Install the cooling fan assembly.
- Raise the vehicle.
- Install the retaining bolts that secure the transmission oil cooler lines to the cooling fan shroud and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Install the retaining bolts that secure the power steering lines to the cooling fan shroud and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Connect the engine wiring harness to the engine frame.
- Install the RH lower retaining bolt that secures the cooling fan shroud to the radiator and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Install the front air deflector.
- Install the front air deflector retainers.
- Lower the vehicle.
- Connect the cooling fan electrical connectors.
- Install the upper retaining bolts that secure the cooling fan shroud to the radiator and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Install the left side lower retaining bolt that secures the cooling fan shroud to the radiator and tighten to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Engage the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining features on the cooling fan shroud.
- Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
