2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Removal Procedure

  1. Cycle the sunroof window to the rear.
  2. Fig 1: View of Air Deflector

  3. Push down on the right front side of the air deflector.

  5. While holding the right side down, complete the following steps:
    1. Push the left front side of the air deflector towards the right side.
    2. Pull up on the left side until the lower tab (1) clears the roof opening (2).

  7. Swing the air deflector (1) in a vertical position, slide rearward, in order to disengage the air deflector from the hooks (2).
  8. Remove the air deflector (1) from the sunroof module.
