Installation Procedure

- Install the steering knuckle to the lower control arm ball stud. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement (AWD)Β or Lower Control Arm Replacement (RWD)Β .
- Install the upper control arm ball stud to the steering knuckle. Refer to Shock Absorber and Spring Assembly ReplacementΒ .
- Install the brake hose bracket to the steering knuckle retaining bolts.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts to 14 N.m (10 lb ft).
- Install the outer tie rod to the steering knuckle. Refer to Steering Linkage Outer Tie Rod Replacement .
- Install the wheel bearing/hub. Refer to Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (AWD)Β or Front Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (RWD)Β .
- Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
- Lower the vehicle.
