- Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connectors at the IPM.
- Ignition OFF, test for less than 3.0 Ξ© between the ground circuits listed below and ground.
- Terminal 10 X3
- Terminal 3 X3
- If not within the specified range, test the ground circuits for an open/high resistance.
- Ignition On, verify a test lamp illuminates between the B+ circuits listed below and ground.
- Terminal 1 X3
- Terminal 2 X3
- If not within the specified range, test the B+ circuits for a short to ground or an open/high resistance.
- If all the circuits test normal, replace the IPM.
