  1. Install the shackle to the spring.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the shackle nut and bolt to the spring.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the shackle bolt to 95 N.m (70 lb ft).

  4. Install the leaf spring assembly to the vehicle. Refer to Leaf Spring ReplacementΒ .
  5. Remove the safety stands.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
