Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove door upper trim panel. Refer to Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement (Escalade)Β  or Upper Extension Trim Panel Replacement (Except Escalade)Β .
  2. Remove door window control switch. Refer to Door Lock and Side Window Switch Replacement - Driver Side or Door Lock and Side Window Switch Replacement - Passenger Side .
  3. Remove door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel ReplacementΒ .
1 Front Side Door Armrest Bolts (Qty: 4)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:Β  2 N.m (18 lb in)

2 Front Side Door Trim Panel Bolts (Qty: 7)

Tighten:Β  2 N.m (18 lb in)
