Removal Procedure

- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
- Remove the Front Air Deflector Replacement. Refer to Front Air Deflector Replacement .
- Install oil drain pan under the vehicle.
- Remove the engine oil cooler hose/pipe from the external oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect FittingΒ .
- Disconnect the engine oil cooler hose/pipe clip from the fan shroud.
- Disconnect the engine oil cooler hose/pipe clip from the engine.
- Remove the external engine oil cooler hose/pipe from the engine. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect FittingΒ .
- Remove the external engine oil cooler hose/pipe from the vehicle.
- Remove and discard all engine oil cooler hose/pipe seals.
