  1. Install the cooling fan assembly.
  2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the retaining bolts that secure the cooling fan shroud to the radiator.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).

  4. Engage the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining features on the cooling fan shroud.
  5. Connect the condenser tube to the cooling fan shroud retainer clip.
  6. Install the auxiliary water pump and any hoses.
  7. Connect any hoses or pipes.
  8. Connect the cooling fan electrical connectors.
  9. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .
