Installation Procedure

- Install the cooling fan assembly.
- Install the retaining bolts that secure the cooling fan shroud to the radiator.
Tighten: Tighten the bolts to 5.4 N.m (48 lb in).
- Engage the surge tank inlet hose to the retaining features on the cooling fan shroud.
- Connect the condenser tube to the cooling fan shroud retainer clip.
- Install the auxiliary water pump and any hoses.
- Connect any hoses or pipes.
- Connect the cooling fan electrical connectors.
- Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .
