Assemble the fuel system as follows:
- Install the fuel injectors and fuel rail. Refer to Fuel Injector and Fuel Rail Replacement (LP1, LY7)Β .
- Install the fuel module assemblies. Refer to Primary Fuel Tank Module ReplacementΒ and Secondary Fuel Tank Module ReplacementΒ .
- Install the fuel filter. Refer to Fuel Filter ReplacementΒ .
- Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting ServiceΒ in order to connect the following quick connect fittings to the fuel rail:
- The feed hose/pipe
- The return hose/pipe
