Installation Procedure
2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Installation Procedure

- Install the ignition coil.
- Install the ignition coil bolts and nuts.
Tighten:Β Tighten the bolts/nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
- Install the HO2S electrical connector rosebud clip (1) to the ignition coil bracket.
- Install the right side spark plug wires (2) to the ignition coils.
- Install the left side spark plug wires (1) to the ignition coils.
- Install the brake booster vacuum hose to the upper intake manifold.
- Position the brake booster vacuum hose clamp at the upper intake manifold.
- Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (2) to the ignition coil.
- Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAP sensor.
- Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
