2008 Chevrolet Chevy Express G3500, Van Passenger ExtendedSECTION Installation Procedure

  1. Install the stabilizer shaft.

  3. Install the stabilizer shaft insulators.
  4. Install the stabilizer shaft brackets.
  5. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  6. Install the stabilizer shaft bracket bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket retaining bolts to 35 N.m (26 lb ft).

  8. Install the stabilizer shaft links to knuckle bolts.

    Tighten:Β  Tighten the bolts to 55 N.m (41 lb ft).

  9. Install the toe link. Refer to Toe Link ReplacementΒ .
  10. Lower the vehicle.
